The clients I have worked with in the past are those individuals struggling under the pressure to meet academic goals and the resulting impacts felt throughout their lives. In particular I have a focus on supporting youths struggling with the transition from High School to Post-Secondary, and the Post-Secondary application process.

My approach is based on placing myself as an unwavering non-judgmental support for my clients and to build connections through empathy. I also draw on my background and experiences in the school system to help support my clients struggling with the pressures of school and academic goals.

As an educator and now a counsellor I am a firm believer in every individual's capacity for growth and change. Working with my clients collaboratively and through building a strong connection we can share in your own journey of growth and succes
